We aim to bring the kazuma range to you at the best possible prices. We do this using the strategies below for which we make no apologies as we believe they are in the best interest of all our customers, not just a few.
1) Flexible Pricing
When importing goods direct from the manufacturers we are affected by many things beyond our control, most notably the rates of Duty, VAT, and fluctuations in the rates of exchange in the currency markets. Many companies draw up their prices to allow for the worst case scenario in respect of the variables, allowing them to have a constant selling price for their goods. What this actually means is that often the customer is paying more than necessary as a form of insurance against an increase in the importers costs.
We, however, review our prices with each shipment that we order and based on the true cost to us of each shipment we set our prices accordingly. If the exchange rate favours us we can lower the prices - if the rate costs us more we raise the prices to cover those costs. For our customers this means they are always paying the best price we can offer. If you have seen the prices on our website increase or decrease then now you know why.
2) Specific Pricing
Do you know it costs us on average 3% to accept payment by credit card? More importantly, if you wish to pay by cheque or cash, do you want to subsidise everyone who pays by credit card? We believe not, and as the majority of our customers prefer cash or cheque (so they tell us) we reflect that in our price policy. Therefore the price shown on the product pages of our site is the cash or cheque price. If you wish to pay by credit card then you must use our online shop where you will see that all the prices incorporate a 3% surcharge. Again fair pricing for all our customers.
We hope you can see the sense and support the ethics behind our pricing policy. If you have any comments or suggestions in relation to this or to anything else we do please let us know at sales@brightonkazuma.net
